New-Site Password Reset — end to end

A past customer sets a password on the new nueraheat.net, is logged in automatically, lands on order history, and is prompted to review their profile.

1. Announcement email button → /forgot-password?email=… (email prefilled)
2. Send reset link → recovery email
3. Set a new password
4. Auto-logged-in → Order history
5. Profile-review prompt (name, business, address, phone)
